Palm Springs Map
Palm Springs is a village located in Palm Beach County, that sits between Lake Worth and Greenacres to the east and west, and West Palm Beach and Boynton Beach to the north and south. It has a total area of 3.5 square miles and is mostly residential and populated with small pretty lakes.
This small community is ideal for those looking for a home in an inland, central location. There are a number of excellent golf courses nearby, such as Park Ridge Golf Course which has been certified by Audubon International as a cooperative sanctuary. Also close by is the Lost City Golf Club in Atlantis, and the West Palm Beach Golf Course.
For those that enjoy camping or other outdoor activities, the John Prince Park is nearby. This enormous park spans 726 acres and hugs the shores of Lake Osborne. As well as the full-service camping ground the park offers many amenities such as volleyball, tennis, and basketball courts, nature trails and bicycle paths, softball fields, a fitness zone with exercise course, canoeing/kayaking access, boat launching ramps, fishing piers, and playgrounds for kids of all ages. There are also picnic areas and picnic pavilions, and green open spaces for simply walking or relaxing.
Downtown Lake Worth is close by, where you can enjoy strolling the streets that are lined with boutique stores, cafes, bars, and restaurants. Then you can hop over to the Lake Worth beach for a spot of surfing or well-deserved sun soaking!
